Catered Parties

Enjoy entertaining your family, colleagues or friends by having a party prepared by Four Seasons Flavor. We plan the menu with you, do the grocery shopping and prepare all the food. Instead of busy in the kitchen, you get to sit back and enjoy your guests! Just ask for our sample catering menu and price list.

At Four Seasons Flavor, our focus is on smaller seated events (up to 10 people) and hors d'oeuvre parties (up to 25 people). If you are interested in something larger, we would be happy to make a referral.

In-Home Cooking Classes

Whether learning basic knife skills, how to put on an elegant dinner party or hosting a cooking class for a group of ten-year olds, Four Seasons Flavor can customize a cooking class to meet your needs. Individual lessons through groups of eight.

School Lunch Project

In the spring of 2007, Four Seasons Flavor branched out into school food service. Our clients include the Riverdale School District and Our Lady of the Lake School in Lake Oswego. See the "School Lunch Project" page on this website for more details.

Personal Chef Service

Having a Four Seasons Flavor personal chef means that we:

  • Conduct an initial assessment to determine your needs and interests. Don't worry, we keep checking in with you to see if your needs are being met!
  • Develop a personalized menu for your cook date based on time-tested recipes or your family favorites
  • Shop for the freshest ingredients available to prepare your food. When in season, you're likely to find us at one of Portland, Oregon's incredible farmer's markets!
  • Prepare your meals, package and store them to your specifications
  • Leave your kitchen clean with only the lingering aroma of freshly cooked food
  • Cook for you as often as you like...once a week to once a month are the most common choices

CSA Shareholders

If you are a member of a Community Supported Agriculture program (CSA), Four Seasons Flavor can help you create delicious meals from your weekly delivery. Depending on your scheduled cook date with us, we may even be able to pick up your "share" on your delivery date and cook for you on the same day!

Special Note

Four Seasons Flavor,LLC is licensed in the State of Oregon and City of Portland in addition to carrying liability insurance. All staff hold a current Food Handler's Permit.
