Our History
We've been busy since 2005! Take a look at some of our favorite activities:
School Lunch Project (2007-2011)
In the spring of 2007, Four Seasons Flavor branched out into school food service. Our clients included the Riverdale School District and Our Lady of the Lake School in Lake Oswego. We provided nutritious, freshly prepared meals using seasonal products sourced locally to more than 400 children each day. Menu accommodations were made for children who were vegetarian, vegan or had gluten and dairy intolerances. High school students chose from a variety of meal options in a "cafe-style" format. Parents of elementary students pre-ordered lunch selections from a diverse menu. Meals were prepared in our commercial kitchen and delivered to each school site. Our very committed parent volunteers helped serve hungry elementary school children each day!
Catered Parties (2005-2011)
Customized menus focused on using local and seasonal ingredients. Chef demonstrations (you watch while the chef cooks), multi-course dinners or a BBQ on the patio...all designed to your preferences.
Personal Chef Service (2005-2011)
Customized meal preparation that included menu development, shopping, meal preparation and food storage. Focus was on using fresh and seasonal products. If requested, menus accommodated dietary intolerances such as gluten and dairy. Most fun was planning menus from a client's weekly CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) box!
In-Home Cooking Classes (2005-Present)
Whether learning basic knife skills, how to perfectly saute a chicken breast or host a cooking class for a group of ten-year olds, Four Seasons Flavor can customize a cooking class to meet your needs. Individual lessons through groups of eight.
